Erin K. Fitzgerald

 

 

Erin graduated from the College of William and Mary and earned degrees in English and Psychology. She attended the Widener University School of Law and earned her JD in 2006.

Erin has been practicing law since December of 2006 and focuses her practice extensively on domestic relations matters. She handles all Family Court matters including divorce, property division, alimony, spousal support, custody and visitation, dependency and neglect proceedings, child support, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, termination of parental rights, and protection from abuse (PFA) matters. In addition to her private Family Court practice, she regularly represents children as a volunteer through the Office of Child Advocate.

Erin resides in Middletown with her husband, Pat and her two children.
